We love Colorado, but we love to travel too. There are so many beautiful spots in the world to see. Some people travel to relax and sit on a beach reading a book - this site is not for you! If you want to see the sights but also be active and go for a hike, a ride or a paddle to really see an area beyond the windows of a car - then you have come to the right place!
Some people prefer to visit a new location and figure out what they want to do when they get there. That sense of adventure is fun. But be prepared to be disappointed when you visit a bike shop and ask for some help finding a more moderate mountain biking option or where the paved bike path begins and ends. The 20 something year old bike mechanic speaks a different language and would never ride those options. But what if you want to bike a day, hike a day and Jeep a day? Then you have to visit three shops for ideas. Few stores will provide written directions or maps for free. You can buy guidebooks, but they are usually geared to one activity, so you would potentially have to buy three books plus some local maps. So that's where Multisport Journeys comes in. You can arrive at your destination equipped with details on a variety of activities and choose the ones that suit your capabilities and mood!
We have many exciting locations under development and many more scheduled for 2011. We return to some of our profiled areas more than once - because there are so many multisports to try. Some spots we visit every year because they offer so much to see and do.
